Travel King India’s Membership Plan offers exclusive access to domestic fixed departures, with flexibility in bookings. Membership holders enjoy various tour options and a six-month bonus period for unused nights, providing travel flexibility year-round. Perfect for frequent travelers, exploring India hassle-free. this plan caters to both individual and family travelers.
Term & Conditions:
1. The plan is non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. The plan will be activated 30 days after full payment.
3. You can choose the EMI option (up to 4 installments), but the plan will be activated 30 days after the full payment is made.
4. The plan is applicable only to Fixed Departures organized by Travel King India.
5. The plan is applicable only to domestic fix departures.
6. Tour booking confirmation is subject to availability.
7. Each Fix Departure has specific terms and conditions, inclusions and exclusions. Please read the details carefully when booking the trip.
8. Partial package cannot be booked. Please adjust tour nights according to the available nights in your account.
9. Night redemptions will be applied based on double or triple occupancy.
10. If you do not avail yourself of any trip within 6 months of plan activation, this plan will become a Transferable Plan, allowing you to transfer your Nights to another person/persons.
11. If you do not utilize the Nights within one year, the remaining Nights will be carried over to the following year.
12. If you fail to utilize all the Nights by the Plan’s Expiry Date, a 6-month bonus period will be granted. During this bonus period, you can transfer the unutilized Nights to anyone.
13. If you still do not utilize the Nights during the bonus period, no service will be provided and no refund will be issued.
14. This plan cannot be combined with any other promotional or discounted offers.
15. Travel King India reserves the right to amend or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes via Email.
16. Any dispute arising from membership or benefits shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh.
Booking Procedure:
1. Each Fix Departure tour has its own specific date, duration, cost, pickup and drop-off points, inclusions, exclusions and terms and conditions. We regularly publish our Fix Departure calendar on this page.
2. You are requested to choose your preferred tour. We will send you a detailed PDF. You may book the tour through Whatsapp. If seats are available, your tour will be booked and confirmation will be sent via email. Your Nights will be deducted and no additional amount will be charged.
3. If you choose the Family Plan, you can also book a tour as an individual. However, if you book the tour individually, children will not be complementary or discounted. Children are only complementary or discounted, when both parents are traveling together.
Cancellation:
1. If you cancel the tour booking 30 days or more in advance, no Nights will be deducted.
2. If you cancel the tour booking between 15 and 29 days before the departure date, 50% of the nights will be deducted.
3. If you cancel the tour booking within 15 days of departure date, 100% of the nights will be deducted.
Membership Termination:
1. Travel King India reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for any violation of the Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary. For example, alcohol is strictly prohibited on our Fixed Departures. If you consume alcohol at any stage of the trip, your membership may be terminated.
2. No refund will be issued in the case of membership termination and suspension.
