Cancellation and Refund policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  • 10% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 45 days before trip start day.
  • 25% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 30-44 days before trip start day.
  • 50% of trip cost will be charged in case you cancel the trip 15-29 days before trip start day.
  • No refund in case you cancel the trip 14 days before trip start day.
  • No refund for unused or partial used services.
  • Full refund if we cancel the trip. Refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
