Valley of Flowers

The best time to visit Valley of Flowers is July last week and August first week. We are organising a fixed departure for Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib in its best time.

REFUND POLICY
  1. 90% refund, if cancelled before 30 days of trip start day.
  2. 50% refund, if cancelled between 5-30 days before trip start day.
  3. No refund after that.
  4. GST amount will not be refunded.

Day 1
Day-1: Govindghat (1800m) to Ghangharia (3100m), 4 km by road and 10 km trek.

Start the trek at 08:00am, so that you can reach Ghangharia enough before sunset. Trek is wide, well built, well maintained, but very steep.

Night stay in hotel at Ghangharia.

Day 2
Day-2: Ghangharia (3100m) to Valley of Flowers (3500m) and back to Ghangharia: minimum 5 km trek one-side.

Today we will enter Valley of Flowers. It is a National Park as well as World Heritage Site. First 3 km is steep ascent and after entering Valley of Flowers, its a huge plain meadow full with countless flowers.

Night stay in Valley of Flowers is not allowed, so we will return our hotel till evening.

Day 3
Day-3: Ghangharia (3100m) to Hemkund Sahib (4200m) and back to Ghangharia: 6 km trek one-side.

Its also very steep climb on well maintained path. We will cross the tree-line today and enter in Brahma Kamal territory. Hemkund Sahib is Sikh shrine with a high altitude lake and gurudwara.

Back to hotel at Ghangharia.

Day 4
Day-4: Ghangharia to Govindghat

Now its time to return and trip will be ended at Govindghat. Now you can move to either Badrinath or your home.
